How much is the referral reward?

For each signed custom home or fire rebuild contract above $650,000, the referrer receives a referral gift equal to 1% of the contract value, up to a $10,000 maximum.

Past clients, architects and designers, real estate professionals, friends and family—and yes, you can refer yourself. There is no limit on the number of referrals you can make.

How is the reward paid?

In three installments: 33% at contract signing, 33% at the mid-project milestone, and the final 34% upon project completion and final payment to UBIC.

What if someone else refers the same client?

Only the first referrer, based on the timestamp of notification, receives the reward.

Multiple referrers

Disputes

UBIC's decision on any dispute or clarification is final

Marketing rights

By entering the referral program, you consent to UBIC using your name and photograph for promotional purposes (website, social media, marketing materials)

Prize terms

Rewards are not transferable or exchangeable for cash
Vouchers may have expiration dates; expired vouchers are void
If a reward is unavailable, UBIC reserves the right to substitute with equal value

Program changes

UBIC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time with notice
