Owner
Mark is a licensed California General Contractor (B license) who came up through engineering before building. He founded UBIC to do ground-up custom homes and ADUs across Los Angeles County with one accountable team, from the first site visit to the final walkthrough.

Georges manages projects at UBIC. He holds a PMP certification, has more than fifteen years in construction operations and estimating, and cut his teeth on large hospitality builds like the Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait and the Ritz-Carlton at AMAALA in Saudi Arabia.

David is our Superintendent, with more than 35 years in construction. His passion for building started at age nine, working beside his father, and by fifteen he was on site full time.
