Mark is a licensed California General Contractor (B license) who came up through engineering before building. He founded UBIC to do ground-up custom homes and ADUs across Los Angeles County with one accountable team, from the first site visit to the final walkthrough.

Mark's crew together carries more than 35 years of construction experience. Mark handles the engineering side himself, which is why the budgets and schedules on UBIC projects come from what the drawings actually say, not from optimism.
He's direct when something changes, and he expects the same from everyone on site. Mark judges a project by two things: the client would build with UBIC again, and every person on the job goes home safe.
