David is our Superintendent and a highly experienced construction professional with more than 35 years in the industry. His passion for building began at just nine years old, learning alongside his father, and by the age of 15 he was already working in construction full time.

Over the years, David has developed extensive expertise as a master builder, leading projects in the field and overseeing every phase of construction with skill, precision, and dedication. Early in his career, he designed plans and built homes for clients in his hometown, earning a reputation for introducing creative solutions that went beyond traditional construction methods.
Today, his broad knowledge allows him to oversee virtually every aspect of a project, from flooring installation to electrical, plumbing, framing, and finish work. He enjoys the ever-changing nature of construction and takes pride in solving new challenges every day.
David believes that successful projects are built on responsibility, meeting commitments, and maintaining honest communication with clients throughout the construction process. He is known for treating every project as if it were his own home, paying close attention to every detail to ensure the finished product is something everyone can be proud of.
