Xavier is our accountant, with experience in construction accounting, bookkeeping, and financial operations. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla and has worked with U.S. companies on the financial side of construction.

His background covers WIP reporting, over/underbilling, invoicing, estimating, job costs, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and month-end financial statements. He works in QuickBooks Online and Desktop, Procore, Excel, and U.S. GAAP.
Earlier work in audit and tax accounting sharpened his eye for detail and for the controls that keep a project honest. At UBIC he brings that same discipline to the numbers, so projects and operations stay organized and financially on track.
Xavier is fluent in Spanish and speaks advanced English, which helps him work clearly across the team and with different project partners.
